I had the Panasonic VIERA TC-P46G10 for a few weeks to evaluate before you write a comment and I can say that overall I am very happy. Typically, a purchase of this kind I tend to have some kind of buyer’s remorse, but so far I do not.
The picture is great, but as others have said, a little weak in the Standard. I was using a custom configuration to see the games that clarifies things a bit. THX and the Blu-Ray is great in a dark room. I’m still playing with picture settings, but the experts seem to think that there is not enough “perfect” picture quality, I think there seems to be more than enough to set the tv to your preference.
The sound is very good because it has the face of falling speakers. I heard the other TVs in this configuration that frankly terrible sound, the Panasonic P46G10 is much better. To view regular television, sports, etc, where you do not want to turn around the surround sound system, you will be very satisfied with the sound quality. My wife, who hates to run in more than one gizmo to see and hear on television, is pleased to be able to use a single remote control.
One complaint I have is part of the label is not very intuitive. For example, if you want the full 1920×1080, you must select the size 2 to get no overscan. Why not say 1920×1080 or 100%? We need to better explain the various options. Another complaint is that the only optical 5.1 audio output sends a signal to the television (by air or by cable parameters) for all other digital devices, it sends a stereo signal. I was hoping to eliminate some cables, but unfortunately not. Panasonic has confirmed that this is the case and there are no plans to change it.
The Viera Cast is very interesting but a bit slow. I connected to my TV via an Ethernet bridge and it’s fun to play You Tube videos on the screen. Amazon on demand is also available, but I have not used this feature yet. It is rumored that NetFlix demand will soon be available and would be a good option.
Even with the complaints I have is a great TV. The picture is great, the sound is very good and the price was fair. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new TV.

The format that you save your images in can make a huge difference in their final quality as well as limiting what sizes you can print them off at later. This article goes into detail about the difference in image formats for digital cameras.
1. RAW Mode
RAW mode isn’t the most common format for images, most images are JPEG’s. The picture has been stored as it is. This means that each and every pixel that was captured by the camera is now on the image. You can now download this image on your computer for processing. Of course, when you do so you will notice that this is a very large image, probably a few MBs. This means that you will need a very large storage area or memory space if you are going to shoot images in RAW format. Your advantage is that you can sharpen, size, or crop the picture without losing any picture quality.
But your disadvantage is the file size. You cannot transmit it easily because it needs high bandwidth connections. Also, you can shoot very few photographs if you select the RAW mode. After that, you have to change the memory card or make space by erasing a few photographs. Also, this mode is generally not accepted by the publishing industry because it produces a 12-bit image. The photographer needs to modify it using photo-editing software before submitting it for publication.
2. TIFF Mode
The TIFF mode is a better mode. There is no picture loss, and the picture is also acceptable to the publishing industry since it is in an 8-bit mode. The image takes relatively less storage space as compared to the RAW format, and is very suitable for any changes that need to be made using photo-editing software. Of course, it still has some drawbacks. These pertain to file size, that is still very large and can choke small e-mail boxes. You also need more memory cards if you are using TIFF images during a photo shoot.
3. JPEG Mode
JPEG is the most common image format and arguably the best! It not only reduces the size of the photograph but it also lowers the quality of the picture. That is why it is called the lossy mode. A lot of pixels are lost when the photograph is changed to the JPEG format. This makes the image less suitable for photo-editing. The advantage is that the JPEG images take less space to store. They are easier to transmit and can even be sent over dial up connections. It is highly recommended that you use this file format.

There are two ways for you to successfully make a picture handbag, but first, let me ask you this: which are you better at, working with computers or with your own two hands?

For this project, you’ll need a handbag purely made of soft fabric, preferably cotton or something equally easy to print on. The straps of your handbag must be made of soft fabric as well. The equipment you’ll need for this project is a computer with photo editing software application installed and a special printer that’s able to print in non-paper materials.
The first thing you should do is take measurements of your bag. Where do you wish to print your picture on? People usually have their photos printed on one side of the bag only but you always have the option to print on the back as well.
Secondly, when you’ve taken measurements of the canvas, transfer the measurements into the computer. That way, you’ll know how much space you’re working with.
Thirdly, choose the picture or pictures – if you wish to mix and match or make a collage – you’re going to use and paste them on the canvas. Background design and other decorations can be added before or after pictures will be pasted. This depends on how you plan all the images to superimpose each other.
If you’re already satisfied with your canvas design, it’s time to have it printed on the face of your bag. Make sure that your bag is lying straight on the ground without any creases. Allow the ink to dry for at least an hour before use.
MAKING A PICTURE HANDBAG USING YOUR OWN TWO HANDS
The first project is easier but more expensive to create because of the equipment used. This version however will cost you little but it’s definitely going to make use of your time, effort, imagination, and skills at craft making.
Similar to Step 1 in the first project, you should take appropriate measurements of the handbag. Once you’ve noted the measurements down, consider if you wish to apply the photo design directly on the bag or on another fabric. For the latter, choose a swatch of cloth that has a different shade than the main color of the bag. This will create a beautiful contrast of colors. Never mix any light color with another light color or dark with dark.
Use art scissors to cut borders and photos. Since cutting a straight line is a challenge even for adults, using art scissors will make cutting easier and prettier at the same time. Consider layering the design to create a 3D effect.
Use transparent glue to paste paper decorations and the photo itself on the swatch of fabric. Always cover your photo design with plastic to protect it from wear and tear and moisture. To attach the swatch to the bag, you should stitch it using thread of the same or contrasting color. Stitches itself, like the lazy daisy, can serve as decorations as well.
